Experience Optimal Health & Performance

Patient Centered. Performance Focused. Results Driven.

At HealthSource Chiropractic, we believe that true health encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. That’s why we offer a comprehensive, integrated approach to chiropractic care that addresses all aspects of your well-being.

Active Release Techniques

ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

Chiropractic Care

Diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system. There is an emphasis on manual treatments including spinal adjustment and other joint and soft-tissue manipulation.

Acupuncture

Modern sports acupuncture uses acupressure points to stimulate the release of endorphins, which are natural painkillers produced by the brain. Endorphins help reduce muscle soreness, and tension and increase blood circulation, which helps athletes recover faster from sports-related injuries.

Nutritional Support

Given proper nutrition, the human body has an amazing ability to heal itself. To do so, we need to eat a healthier diet, exercise, and take high-quality supplements made from whole foods. Whole food supplements supply our bodies with nutrients we are not getting from our diet—all the vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, and phytonutrients that foods possess in a way that nature intended,
in a whole food form.

Our Team

We strive to empower individuals to achieve their highest levels of health and performance through a personalized, evidence-based approach. We believe that everyone has the potential to thrive, and we are committed to helping you unlock that potential.

Testimonials

★★★★★

I have been working with Jenn for several months now, and she’s been an invaluable asset to my training. As an elite athlete and Olympic hopeful I spend a lot of time on my feet training. just as important as a good workout though, is proper recovery and rehab. I first started seeing Jenn after a hamstring injury sidelined my outdoor season. As an extremely gifted athlete herself, Jenn understood the nature of my training and its physiological impacts. Unlike most providers though, she also could empathize on a personal level to the impacts of my injury. She imparted her skill, expertise and compassion to help bring me back up to full speed in no time. Jenn is an highly qualified provider who’s tailors her treatments to meet the needs of her patients. Anyone from elite athlete to a weekend 5k runner would benefit from her treatments, I can’t recommend her enough. I make the drive from Boston to the Roc to see her, and its worth it every time!
